In the event you purchase our product or services, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarburyAI, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarburyAI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases, but our confidentiality obligations regarding your User Content survive.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Seattle, Washington, except where prohibited by law, in which case disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington State, United States of America.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
